The name comes from ''arcipreste'' meaning archpriest, feminised and exalted.

==Appearance==
She has no trim colour due to her status, wearing all black clothing. Her nose jewellery consists of gold rings in both nostrils with chains linking to a ring earring in both ears.

==Notes==
When she is mentioned, the words "may she be blessed" are normally added afterwards.

Alta Sacerdotisa usually attain their rank between the ages of 65 to 70, but can be younger if the post becomes vacant and there is not a suitable older candidate.
