Socorra is the one who sifts through records, recognises patterns, and helps Jesenia interpret what the archive materials may mean. She takes the portal seriously as a matter of state and religion, understanding both its danger and its significance. Her curiosity is scholarly as well as practical, and she seems to enjoy solving problems by evidence rather than by force alone.
