Iniciador
The Iniciador is a tutor at each Casa de Formación (Bestia training schools). Their job is to teach the novices how to pleasure others when required.

[edit]All Bestia need to be able and willing to pleasure their superiors when called upon. As all of the other tutors at the Schools are female, the Iniciador's task is to instruct the novices on this. This applies to both male and female novices.
The Iniciador is not allowed to actually have sex with the novices, although he is allowed to request masturbation and oral sex.
One aspect of preparation is Touch Conditioning - allowing others to touch the Bestia without flinching.
