This is a timeline of the events in The Snow Beyond the Wall.

Timeline

Entering Altierra

Day -2: 30th Despertal

• Emily and Meg enter Altierra. Meg is captured. Emily returns to seek help from Luke and Susan.

Day -1: 1st Lluvial

• Meg finally arrives at Rocosa after the journey and is placed in a cell.

Day 1: 2nd Lluvial

• Luke, Susan and Emily enter Altierra.

• Meg is interrogated and undergoes the Ceremony of Purification.

Day 2: 3rd Lluvial

• Emily goes missing. She is rescued and the trio make their way to Elisal.

• Meg is forced to clean the latrines and scullery.

Day 3: 4th Lluvial

• The trio clear out the stores. Guardia visit Elisal.

• Meg whipped by Vila. Toia is raped.

Day 4: 5th Lluvial

• The trio are fishing and farming.
• Alucio returns. Discuss visiting Rocosa.

• Jesenia interviews Meg.
• Told about Sometria.

Day 5: 6th Lluvial

• Crabbing and farming as before.
• Alucio goes hunting.
• Meg resting and simple work.

First Rescue Attempt (Rocosa)

Day 6: 7th Lluvial

• Alucio, Raf, Luke and Susan travel to Rocosa.
• Raf delivers crab and stays inside.
• Meg begins journey to Sometria

Day 7: 8th Lluvial

• Alucio, Luke and Susan view Rocosa.
• Alucio, Raf, Luke and Susan return to Elisal.
• Meg's train camps near Peyrol junction.

Day 8: 9th Lluvial

• They discuss a rescue plan at Elisal.
• Meg's train camps on road to Sometria.
• Meg contemplates escaping.

Day 9: 10th Lluvial

• Alucio, Raf, Luke and Susan head to Rocosa.
• Alucio and Susan enter Rocosa and wait for the night.
• Meg's train camps on road to Sometria.
• Socorra brings news of the portal.

Day 10: 11th Lluvial

• Alucio and Susan meet Brisa. She helps them escape.
• Meg reaches Sometria.
• First day at Sometria. Meg humiliated at supper.
• Jesenia visits the scriptorium.
