TRIM COLOUR
The Criada Novicia is a Handmaiden in training.
Etymology
The name comes from “Novice Maid”.
Appearance
The Handmaidens have a trim colour of light brown.
Notes
Unlike Priestesses, Handmaidens are trained in cregans, acting as apprentices to a Criada Jurada or Criada Velada. They normally begin as young teenagers and take 7–8 years to progress to Criada Jurada.
To become a Criada Jurada, she goes through the full Ceremony of Purification. As this ceremony is a requirement for working in a cregan, and the Criada Novicia is trained inside these establishments, the Cridada Novicia will go through the simplified procedure initially.
