Casando

Casando is the Cregan on Alta. It is situated in the north west, on a west-facing cliff. It is the original Cregan, centred around the original portal, the Tierrapuerta.

Etymology

The name comes from the Spanish casa meaning "home". The ando ending is al alteration of the anco suffix found in many Spanish names.
