TRIM COLOUR

There are generally only three Alta Sacerdotisa at a time, one for each of the cregans. They rule their islands apart from the Priestess on Alta who acts as the Arcipresta Suprema's deputy.

Etymology

The name comes from "high priestess", directly translated.

Appearance

The Priestesses have a trim colour of blue. Their nose jewellery is a gold ring in the right nostril with a chain linking to a ring earring in the right ear.

Notes

Alta Sacerdotisa usually attain their rank between the ages of 60 to 65, but can be younger if the post becomes vacant and there is not a suitable older candidate.
